Deleting version does effect all tickets

Jim, I am sorry to hear that you have been surprised by this. We want to make the interface as clear as possible and this is indeed not typical of the Unfuddle experience. We can certainly consider your suggestions to prevent others from being surprised like this. That being said, you are literally the only person who has indicated that this was a problem. Please email us at support with your account subdomain and information about the version(s) and we will see what we can do to restore the lost version information for you. |

David, I don’t think this would be a surprise to some; but this specific use case makes the results seem contradictory and surprising. Again, removing a user does not reset old tickets, but removing a version number does reset all tickets with that version number. I expected [and still do expect] similar behavior/results from both operations. I will follow up with support to see if those version numbers can be restored. Thanks for the suggestion. |
