Tried creating a custom ticket field of type “list”. None of my changes to the field get saved.

If you tried just after we made the update, it may not have worked. However, it should be working as expected now.

If you still have trouble, please email us at support with your account subdomain so we can investigate any issues.

If we can get some form of templating ( http://unfuddle.com/community/forums/1/topics/168 ) creating new projects will get a whole lot easier, especially now that we have these custom fields.

There is no blog post about this feature, you should write about it, ive been waiting for this feature for ages and I didn’t even know it was there! fantastic work
