It is very frustrating when I set up or edit a ticket and one of two things happen:

1. The session has timed out and resets to the login page and I lose my work. Why can't there be an option to sign back in and return to the ticket you were working on?
2. It appears to have saved the information when in actuality the edit is not accepted.

Any advice to get around this so I'm not losing my work?
