Markb,

You can either select "never" from the notification frequency drop-down or you can select to not receive notification of activity you yourself have done. Either of these options should keep Unfuddle from notifying you when you resolve a ticket.

I'm trying to stop the system from sending me e-mail every time i resolve a ticket, but if i go into personal settings > notification and turn everything off, all that does is make my Recent Activity feed empty. is it possible to have no e-mail but still have a useful activity feed?
