Sometimes they are delayed several minutes and other times they don't work at all. I haven't been able to find an reason why it wouldn't work. For example in my KickP4 project, SVN commit 107 I have the commit message "Fixes #23", and I have a ticket in this project with the number 23. If I look at the commit in the SVN browser then I can click the #23 link and it takes me to the ticket. But the ticket never got changed to resolved or associated with the SVN commit.
