You already have the functionality in the date picker: when editing a single ticket, you can choose the "No Due Date" option in the bottom left of the picker. But when you use the batch Change Attributes interface that option turns to "No Change" which has the same functionality as Cancel. Simply copy and paste the code for "No Due Date" to the batch date picker and you're done. Pretty please?
